华北制药韦德中心河北生物技术有限公司是具有“共和国医药长子”之称的华北制药股份有限公司控股子公司，成立于2013年5月。公司生产体系位于河北省石家庄市经济技术开发区丰产路8号，公司注册地及质量运营体系位于高新区创新大厦。 

建立与药品上市许可持有人制度相匹配的公司质量运营管理体系，轻固定资产、重无形资产，依托股东资源进行重磅产品研发及文号持有，依托控股股东“华北制药”品牌建设公司终端产品销售渠道及营销网络，非常典型的“哑铃式”企业经营架构及“扁平式”企业组织架构为“华药韦德中心”独特的运营模式！ 

“华药韦德中心”自成立之初，便持续坚持高投入研发。至今已经取得了肝素钠、依诺肝素钠原料药登记号；2ml:12500单位肝素钠注射液文号；5ml:50单位和5ml:500单位肝素钠封管注射液文号；富马酸丙酚替诺福韦片（TAF单方）文号。 

注射用蜂毒0.5mg冻干粉针剂（国药准字H13024456）为华北制药在中国上市的H字号多组分生化药，“华药韦德中心”经过多年不懈努力成功完成产品再注册。注射用蜂毒冻干粉针制剂的上市，是对中国传统“蜂蛰疗法”的颠覆性革命，必将开启国内乃至国际“现代新蜂疗”的全新历程。 

2015年“华药韦德中心”被评定为高新技术企业；2020年7月17日“华药韦德中心”企业技术中心被认定为省级“自建A级”；2021年12月31日，“华药韦德中心”被河北省工业和信息化厅认定为第四批河北省“专精特新”示范企业；2021年9月，“华药韦德中心”顺利通过了河北省药品监督管理局药品生产质量管理规范（GMP）符合性检查，成为河北省率先取得GMP符合性证明的药品上市许可持有人B证企业，不仅使公司成为真正意义上的、区别于传统医药企业的“MAH药企”，更成为业界这一创新模式的引领者！

NCPC Huakun Hebei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (NCPC Huakun) is the holding subsidiaries of North China Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (NCPC), a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in China. Huakun was established in May 2013, with production site being located at No.8, Fengchan Road, Economic & Technological Development Zone, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, and the headquarter with quality and operation management system in Chuangxin Building, High & New Technology Industries Development Zone, Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province. 

NCPC Huakun has established quality and operation management systems to match the national drug MAH mechanism, with light fixed assets and heavy intangible assets. Relying on shareholder resources, Huakun carries out research and development of new products and acts as MA holder. Relying on the controlling shareholder NCPC’s brand, Huakun builds the drug products sales channels and marketing network. Up to now, the following register number & MAs have been obtained: Heparin Sodium API, Enoxaparin Sodium API, Heparin Sodium Injection (2ml:12500IU), Heparin Sodium Injection for Lock Flush (5ml:50IU, 5ml:500IU), Tenofovir alafenamide Fumarate Tablets (25mg).

Bee Venom lyophilized powder for Injection 0.5mg (MA number H13024456) is an multicomponent biochemical product approved as chemical drug in China and is a re-registered drug product after years of unremitting efforts. The marketing of this product is a brand-new revolution of traditional Chinese “Bee Sting Therapy”, it will open a new course of domestic and international bee venom therapy. 

NCPC Huakun was rated as a "high-tech enterprise" in 2015, its technology center was identified as provincial “Self-built GRADE A” in 2020, it was regarded as the fourth group of “Specialization Refinement Differentiation Innovation” demonstration enterprise in 2021. In 2021, as a MA holder, NCPC Huakun is the first one in Hebei Province to successfully pass the GMP Compliance Inspection. It symbolizes that since then NCPC Huakun has become a pharmaceutical company in the real sense, but it is different from the traditional pharmaceutical manufacturer. 

In 2018, NCPC Huakun successfully implemented strategy reorganization. Through the integration of the introduced strategic cooperative partners’ advantage of resources, NCPC Huakun layout of the unique long, medium, and short product track. “Short track” in the antiviral and ophthalmology field with Tenofovir alafenamide Fumarate Tablets、Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate Tablets、Ciclosporin Eye Drops; “Medium track” in the anticoagulation field with the entire heparin industrial chain; “Long track” in the field of immune with Bee Venom for Injection.
